Shipping
Orders will be processed and dispatched in 1-3 working days.
Packages to Denmark will be shipped with Post Nord as normal
packages. Post Nord's normal delivery time is one business day.
The shipping cost to addresses in Denmark is 60 DKK.
Packages to addresses outside Denmark will be shipped with Post
Nord. The normal delivery time to addresses within the EU is 2-5
business days. For addresses outside the EU allow up to 9 working days
delivery time. The shipping cost to addresses outside Denmark is 170 DKK.
Exchange
If the goods are not as you expected, you can exchange to another size,
color, print. You can also exchange to another product alltogether,
provided that the price of the new product is the same or lower. If the
price of the new product is higher, you will have to do a money back return
(see below) and then place a new order.
You can exchange the goods within 14 days after having received them,
provided that the goods are in the same condition as when you received
them. You, the customer, shall pay for the return shipping, and we will pay
for the shipping of the exchanged goods.
Please fill out the exchange/return form included in the packet,
and enclose it with the returned goods. If the new product is not in stock,
we will credit your account with the total order amount.
Returns
Should you regret your buy, you can return the goods within 7 days after
having received them, provided that the goods are in the same condition as
when you received them. You, the customer, shall pay for the return
shipping. Within 7 days after receiving the return goods, we will credit
your account with the total order amount.
Please fill out the exchange/return form included in the packet,
and enclose it with the returned goods. The exchange/return form
must state the invoice number and that you want your money back.
